No begging or tricking visitors to click on banners. (Example: a text that say click on banner then come back for free pics)

No other consoles or pages can be opened when your visitors click on our banners

No e-mail, newsgroups, or irc spams.

You can not open the click codes up on exit or entrance.

No multiple accounts. Our new program allows you to promote every site with just one account code. If you have a circumstance where you need another account, or you want to switch from per signup to per click or visa versa, you must notify us first.

Accounts may be changed to a lower pay if they are found to be grossly unproductive. With our accurate signup tracking and quality sites most webmasters have no problems being productive.

We allow webmasters from Turkey,China, and Thailand to send ONLY to our geo program. They are allowed on the regular program only if they have referrals from a reputable webmaster or program. We do not allow webmasters from Russia, Czech Republic, or Brazil on any program.

We do not shave, *every click* is accuratly counted, however we do not count traffic from known insanely low converting countries such as:
Malaysia
China
Brazil
Thailand
Korea
Russia and russian independent states

If you have a large % of this traffic you seriously need to change your traffic strategy, bigtime. However if you want that traffic back to reuse, you may send to our geo program which will filter it out back to you (contact us for details). Sorry but the fraud from surfers and webmasters from these countries is at bad proportions however our new Geo programs allows honest webmasters in those countries to make per click or per signup money while getting thier traffic back!

Basically follow the rules and you will get paid. There are no short cuts to making $. If you cheat now for a $100 you will loose 10 times that much in the long run and eventually you will run out of places to cheat.
